ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for James Kang State Farm Agency , you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Property & Casualty license- Must
- Previous State Farm team member experience preferred.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
